These official rules (the “Official Rules”) govern participation in the Las Vegas Aces Foundation 50/50 Raffle (the “Raffle”). By participating in the Raffle, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Las Vegas Aces Foundation, which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to the Raffle and each Raffle Event, as defined below. These Official Rules are posted by the Las Vegas Aces Foundation at the following web address: https://acesfoundation.com/aces-5050-raffle, and by the Las Vegas Aces at https://aces.wnba.com/aces-50-50-raffle. The Official Rules should be read before entering the Raffle at Michelob ULTRA Arena or T-Mobile Arena (each, an “Arena,” and collectively, the “Arenas”).
SPONSOR: The Sponsor of the Raffle, comprised of each Raffle Event, is Las Vegas Aces Foundation, a Nevada nonprofit corporation recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (the “Foundation”). The Raffle is conducted under a registration performed by the Foundation with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (the ‘Board”), under which the Foundation is authorized to conduct a charitable lottery subject to Nevada law and the rules of the Board. The address at which the Foundation may be contacted regarding the Raffle is: 1415 Raiders Way, Suite 110, Henderson, Nevada 89052. The Raffle is conducted pursuant to Nevada law. Residents of other states and countries are eligible to participate in the Raffle through the purchase of one or more Raffle tickets while physically present at the Arenas.
RAFFLE PERIODS; HOW TO ENTER: The Las Vegas Aces 50/50 Raffle occurs during home games for the Las Vegas Aces at the Arenas. A “Raffle Period” means the designated length of each Raffle. Raffles conducted during the Aces’ 2024 season will begin on the date of a home game approximately 1 1/2 (one and one-half) hour prior to the scheduled opening tip, and such Raffle Period will conclude during the 4th quarter of such game at a time to be determined by Las Vegas Aces Foundation. During each Raffle Period, Raffle tickets may only be purchased by an individual while within the Arena or within the premises upon which the Arena is situated (the “Arena Perimeter). Individuals may not purchase Raffle tickets through a mobile device unless they are physically present at the Arena or within the Arena Perimeter at the time of their purchase. Raffle tickets will be sold throughout the Arena from designated Raffle ticket sellers and at 50/50 Raffle kiosks. Raffle tickets may also be sold to individuals within the Arenas using a mobile device.

Purchases made by mobile device will confirm that the purchaser meets each of these eligibility requirements. Purchased Raffle tickets are only valid for the drawing that takes place on the date on which the Raffle ticket was purchased, for that Raffle Period. Raffle tickets are not eligible for any past or future Raffle Period drawing. A Raffle ticket purchased by an eligible individual is an entry into the Raffle only for such individual (and cannot be transferred to any other individual or party). $100 – 300 tickets
NUMBER OF RAFFLE TICKETS: There is no minimum and no maximum number of tickets that must be sold.
PRIZE AND ODDS: Each prize is cash and the amount depends on the number of Raffle tickets sold during the particular Raffle Period. For each Raffle, one (1) winner may (subject to fulfilling all conditions found in these Official Rules) win a cash prize of half of the gross proceeds. The remaining half of the gross proceeds (less fees and operating costs) will benefit the Foundation and its charitable activities in the community. The odds of winning the prize depends on the number of valid Raffle tickets sold for the particular Raffle Period.
NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF RAFFLE TICKETS: Individuals who purchase Raffle tickets may not sell, give away, or otherwise transfer their Raffle tickets to another individual or party. An individual’s purchase of a Raffle ticket constitutes only such individual’s own entry into the Raffle for the relevant Raffle Period, and only such individual is entitled to receive the prize upon holding a winning ticket (upon meeting all eligibility requirements and conditions of these Official Rules).
DRAWING: Each Potential Winner (defined below) will be selected by the Foundation in a random drawing from eligible entries received in a Raffle Period (the "Drawing"). The Potential Winner need not be present at the time of the drawing to win. The winning number will be drawn in the 4th quarter of each home game for that Raffle Period, at a time designated by the Foundation in its sole discretion. The random drawing will occur at the Arena in which the home game takes place, at a location to be determined by the Foundation. One (1) winner will be chosen from the pool of all purchased Raffle Tickets sold throughout the designated Raffle Period. The purchase of a Raffle ticket is only an eligible entry for that particular game and Raffle Period. Entries that are not selected in the Drawing are not valid for future Raffle Periods, and an entrant into the Raffle for a particular Raffle Period will not be eligible to win at any subsequent game or Raffle Period. If for any reason whatsoever the Drawing cannot be held at the time referenced above, it will be held within a reasonable time thereafter. The winning Raffle ticket number will be announced via in-game video boards in the Arena and will also be posted online at https://acesfoundation.com/aces-5050-raffle and within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing (and will remain posted on the website for thirty (30) calendar days). The owner of the winning Raffle ticket (a "Potential Winner") must claim the prize no later than 5:00p.m. PST on the 30th calendar day after the date of the Drawing. A Potential Winner will forfeit the prize if he or she does not present the winning ticket to the Foundation by 5:00 p.m. PST on the 30th calendar day after the date of the Drawing, at which time, if the prize is not claimed, the Foundation will notify the Chair of the Board and it will become the property of the Foundation. To claim the prize, the Potential Winner must contact the Foundation and present the ticket by sending an e-mail to the Foundation at 5050raffle@acesfoundation.com with a readable image of the winning ticket.
DETERMINATION OF OFFICIAL WINNER(S): The Foundation shall have the sole discretion to determine whether a Potential Winner is an official winner of a prize (an "Official Winner"). The Foundation's decision concerning the identity of Official Winner shall be final and binding. To become an Official Winner: (1) the Potential Winner must be eligible to participate in the Raffle under these Official Rules and must not be in violation of these Official Rules as determined in the Foundation's sole judgment; (2) the Potential Winner's winning ticket must be presented to the Foundation by the claim deadline specified above in the manner specified, and subsequently inspected and verified by the Foundation; (3) the Potential Winner must execute and return to the Foundation an affidavit of eligibility and liability release on a form to be provided by the Foundation before the prize is awarded and within ninety (90) calendar days after the Foundation provides such documentation to the Potential Winner (the “Documentation Deadline”); (4) the Potential Winner must provide two forms of identification to the Foundation, one of which must include the Potential Winner’s photo (acceptable forms of identification include a valid driver’s license, state issued non-driver identification card, valid passport, social security card, military identification, or completed and unmodified IRS Form W-9) and (5) the Potential Winner must provide the Foundation with all tax forms, identification, and information as may be required by federal, state or local law by the Documentation Deadline (including a signed IRS Form W-2G if provided by the Foundation to the Potential Winner). If for any reason whatsoever all of the foregoing requirements are not satisfied with respect to a particular Potential Winner, or if the Foundation is unable for any reason to identify the holder of a winning Raffle ticket, then the Potential Winner's prize will be deemed forfeited and, after notification to the Chair of the Board, become the property of the Foundation. Any entry that the Foundation determines, in its sole judgment, was stolen, unissued, ineligible, altered counterfeit in whole or in part, defective, printed in duplicate or printed/produced in error will be void. The Foundation shall use the following rules to determine the identity of any Potential Winner and of the Official Winner of each prize: the Foundation shall conclusively presume that the person who is in possession of that Raffle ticket is the lawful owner of that Raffle ticket and that ticket's winning number, and the Foundation shall not make, nor have any duty to make, any inquiry whatsoever into the circumstances under which that person came into possession of such winning Raffle ticket. In the unlikely event that an error or problem in the administration of the Raffle results in two (2) or more Raffle ticket purchasers holding winning Raffle tickets that contain identical ticket numbers, then the person who has record of the earliest ticket purchase shall be deemed to hold the winning Raffle ticket and entry.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Released Parties (defined below under "RELEASE OF LIABILITY") are not responsible for: (1) entries which are stolen, lost, damaged, illegible, given away or no longer in the purchaser's possession, (2) entries that have been or may have been tampered with or re-sold in violation of these Official Rules; (3) entries or payments that are delayed, misdirected, undelivered, not fully captured, or garbled; (4) any other errors of any kind, whether human, typographical, printing, mechanical, or electronic in nature, which relate to or are connected with the Raffle (collectively, as described in clauses (1) through (4), "Errors"), including without limitation Errors in Raffle-related materials or in the administration of the Raffle, such as Errors in processing entries, identifying Potential Winners, determining the Official Winners, or announcing or delivering a prize. In the event of a Compromising Event, the Foundation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the Raffle. If the Raffle is not terminated, the Foundation reserves the right to select winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the known occurrence or discovery of such Comprising Event. All Raffle ticket purchases shall be final, and no refunds or replacements will be issued by the Foundation. The Foundation reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Raffle process or the operation of the Raffle or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. The Foundation failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of these Official Rules. The Foundation has sole and final decision on admissibility of entries and the determination of Official Winners. All costs and expenses associated with claiming the prize and any and all applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
